Quality Assurance Analyst 1

Position Overview:

Responsible for helping to ensure that ShipERP products are functioning as designed and minimize product defects by identifying bugs and missing functionalities based on given product requirements.

Must be able to identify, document, execute and analyze different test scenarios and document test results as understanding of the functionality and business processes related to the product grows through training and shadowing.

Must display the initiative to help with the continuous advancement of our products by identifying potential issues and areas of improvement.

Will take direction from QA leadership and execute tasks as assigned by and with the assistance of more senior QA staff.
