Job Description

• Delivers quality programs that focus on achieving or exceeding productivity and quality targets.
• Documents all problems and works to resolve them; reports progress on problem resolution to management.
• Devises improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations.
• Performs workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• Performs other duties as directed.

Responsibilities
This role will collaborate closely with the Quality Engineering Manager to ensure the effective implementation of processes and procedures at all RCP locations.

• Preferred - University degree or (equivalent) in Engineering, Business Administration or related field plus two years of experience in a quality function.
