Job Description
- Must monitor and record the room temperature, cleaning and sanitation of cold storage rooms. ·
- Must create a report for nonconforming or mishandled product.
- Must review the inspection report conducted by the Warehouse Checker.
- Must ensures safe and hygienic conditions are maintained during storage of customer products. ·
- Must review and analyze the integrated pest management program of the service provider.
- Must assist in the development and improvement food safety standards.
- Must ensure that cleaning and sanitation procedures for warehouse facilities, plastic pallets and material handling equipment are followed.
- Must evaluate the potential food safety hazards in the maintenance work of refrigeration technicians.
- Must help in solving problems that affect the service, efficiency, and productivity of the front-end activities.
