Quality Assurance Analyst

- At least 6 months working in a meat manufacturing or food setup.

- BS Chemistry, BS Chem. Eng., BS Food Tech, BS Bio major in Micro or any science-allied courses

• preferably Licensed Chemist, Licensed Chem. Tech, or PAM-accredited Microbiologist, Food Tech
• Knowledgeable on cGMP, GWP, HACCP; having an FSSC, BRC, or any GFSI-recognized certification system background is a plus
• Knowledgeable on physico-chemical tests (pH, % fat, protein, brix, % titratable acidity, viscosity) and basic microbiology; dairy microbiology experience would be an edge
• With basic to intermediate understanding on Integrated Pest Management
• With basic to intermediate knowledge on ISO documentation
• Has the ability to write technical reports.
