ECAM's Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of Escalation Management Group. The QA will monitor calls and email responses to assess demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance and conformity to company policies and procedures. This QA will assist in developing, creating, and implementing call quality process and procedures; as well as making recommendations for enhancements.
