Quality Assurance and Control Head

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure no RTV incidence caused by non-conformance to dimensional requirements, surface treatments, specified physical properties (hardness / roughness) visual appearance or quality and packaging defects.
• Perform final outgoing inspection on all finished goods to ensure that they meet customer specifications, dimensions, visual appearance and other requirements.
• Monitor, record and secure all quality inspection data on an established database
• Monitor and enhance the skill level of all QC Inspectors
• Conduct calibration on all tools, instruments and QC equipment, and request third party calibration if needed.
• Practice the 5S, good housekeeping and maintain all instruments, tools and equipment in good condition.
• Record internal defect reports coming from other divisions/departments.
• To perform such other functions, duties and responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time.
