Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitates the necessary tools and troubleshooting of equipment for sample preparation, initiating action for repair or replacement as needed.
• Formulates monthly and yearly statistical data for process monitoring, budgeting, and mine planning purposes.
• Carries out the sample preparation division's research and development projects, led by the QAQC Officer II, focusing on equipment selection, upgrades, process optimization, and facility expansion due to projected production increases.
• Write weekly and monthly reports on samples received and other pertinent data requested by the QAQC Officer II or QAQC Manager.
• Organizes sample preparation inventories and consumables, recommending additional purchases of equipment or supplies as needed.
• Ensures the safekeeping of duplicate samples for retention.
