Quality Assurance

We are looking for our first Quality Assurance (QA) hire to establish and own our quality practices. This role goes beyond test execution—you will help embed quality into the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring we build the right features correctly from the start.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define quality standards, improve processes, and ensure features are delivered with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• SKU Upload and Management: Manage and upload SKUs on multiple Shopify websites and NetSuite with accuracy. This task is a critical component of the role and requires precision and attention to detail.
• Support internal teams by handling IT support tickets and resolving hardware/software issues.
