Document Custodian is responsible:
· Receives, sort-out incoming and outgoing document correspondence and communication. Ensures that internal and external audit correspondence has been disseminated to concerned offices.
· Maintains and updates all important files/documents such as Quality Manual, Internal and External Audit findings and compliances.
· Prepares documents needed during internal and external audit e.g. exhibits for QA Area.
· Ensures confidentiality of all UC Manuals, teaching techniques, records, correspondence, memos, information and data considered as property.
· Prepares requisitions for materials and office supplies, consumables in the office.
· Supervises and evaluates working scholars assigned in the CQA Office.
Performs other functions as directed by the immediate superior and/or UC management.
