Job Description

                    Incoming Quality Controls - establishes procedures, controls, sets targets and monitoring of leading indicators for the effective implementation of Incoming Quality Process. Develops and implements inspection guidelines and sampling techniques based from AQL standard. Ensures that raw materials are inspected according to the standard of inspection and sampling size/frequency required. Supports production by ensuring good quality raw materials passed the IQA inspection with certified QA Inspectors only. Mitigates and corrects risks and quality issues encountered in IQA and immediately feedback to Purchasing Group and Supplier for rootcause, corrective actions and continuous improvement. Supports requirements for new product line qualifications.
