Job Description

**For a 12-Month assignment we are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer in Nabern, Germany.**

**ESD-LU Characterization and Failure Analysis / Quality Assurance Engineer**

Renesas is looking for an entry level engineer to perform ESD-LU testing and failure analysis on semiconductor devices. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.

**Responsibilities/Duties**

• Perform ESD and Latch-up qualification and characterization for new and revised products.

• Develop ESD-HBM and LU test programs in accordance with JEDEC/AEC standards.

• Operate ATE testing of semiconductor devices, ex. Teradyne-UFLEX, Advantest-93K.

• Update test status to internal teams on a regular basis.

• Debug weaker pins using FA techniques and TLP testing.
