Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

As an Quality Assurance Engineer at NL Metals Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our manufacturing processes and products. Reporting to the QA/QC Manager, this full-time position is based in Johor Bahru, Johor.

What you'll be doing

• To evaluate quality strategies and system to ensure conformity of parts to quality standards.
• Conduct root cause investigations when quality issues do arise, communicate, findings and train staff on improvements / preventative measures.
• Establish manufacturing inspection test processes, which ensure component dimensions meets the requirements of the drawings.
• To do arrangement for test equipment to calibration and to ensure calibration record maintain properly and up date.
• Liaise with other relevant department to resolve all quality related issues include customer complaints, internal quality issue and incoming raw material issue. <...
