Quality Assurance Engineer - Central Region Office

1. Coordinates with HAMM QA/QC Engineer to plan for quality assurance objectives and standardization of QA & QC activities. Identifies, reviews and analyses issues to resolve problems, determining improvement, and implementing change.
2. Monitor compliance to the quality assurance objectives and plans. To analyse and report non-compliance and proposes improvements where necessary.
3. Review new sub-contractor's Quality and HSSE Management Plan before the commencement of work.
4. Plan and conduct the annual quality inspection and audit to the approved plants, suppliers, and contractors.
5. Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations. Coordination to be carried out amongst PLUS Regions, EIS Region and the pavement suppliers.
