Quality assurance engineer - remote (remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/Test Engineer to support a Salesforce and SAP implementation. This role is 6 months/ HYBRID in Mexico City. Responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of integrated business systems by designing and executing comprehensive test strategies across both platforms.Qualifications:Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.Knowledge of Salesforce workflows.Familiarity with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware tools.Experience testing SAP modules such as SAP SD, MM, FICO, CRM, or S/4 HANA.Knowledge of SAP business processes and data validation techniques.Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies.Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure Dev Ops.SQL knowledge for backend data validation.
