Quality Assurance Engineer (Software)

Our client, a renowned company in the aerospace industry, is currently seeking a permanent Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team. This role focuses on maintaining the highest levels of quality and process assurance within design and development projects, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement. The position is based in Fareham and involves working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and handle external QA interfaces on projects
• Review and approve design and development documents to ensure conformance with quality system requirements
• Develop Quality Plans to meet stakeholder, contractual, and regulatory needs
• Audit project lifecycles to ensure compliance with aerospace standards such as ARP4754, ED-80, and ED-12C
