- Monitors, evaluates and / or audits calls. (Related to Banking product)
- Give coaching and help Telesales and verifiers to improve their performance.
- Participates in calibration sessions/call listening sessions with QA Department, Telesale and Verifier Department and Operations to ensure consistency on calls quality and to make sure all are aligned.
- Discuss and explain feedback with the Telesales & Verifier Department in regular meetings.
- Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Identifying and resolving workflow and any issues
- Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or higher, in any field. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
