Quality Assurance Executive

Reports directly to the Quality Manager for daily activities in the Good Manufacturing Production (GMP) Veterinary Plant of Rhone Ma Nilai Plant on issues on GMP production, Quality Control/Assurance in line with GMP PICs pharmaceutical guidelines issued by the authority.

Documentation of the GMP Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), work instructions, and related records for the production and quality aspects to meet veterinary pharmaceutical GMP requirements. Eg: Document Control, Specification, Checklist, etc.

With the Quality Manager, control daily supervision of the GMP personnel to meet planned activities in the GMP facility i.e.

• QA/QC planning scheduling and implementation activities
• Product Release inspection. Assist in product release – Certificate Of Analysis / release for sales form
• Handling deviation, out of specification, rejects, reworks of products
• Validation/revalidation plan, process and reporting...
