Quality Assurance

Develop, maintain, and execute test plans for system-level testing (functional, performance, security, etc.).

Perform manual and automated tests to validate system behaviour under various scenarios.

Validate integrations between system modules, third-party services, APIs, and databases.

Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to understand system architecture and plan appropriate QA coverage.

Identify, document, and track system defects, performance bottlenecks, and configuration issues.

Participate in regression, load, stress, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Ensure system compliance with internal and industry standards (e.g., ISO).

Contribute to building QA tools and automation frameworks where applicable.
