Your Impact
You will be responsible for ensuring consistent, compliant, and high-performing sales interactions across voice, chat, and email channels by:
Monitoring and evaluating sales interactions against QA and compliance standards
Assessing sales behaviours including objection handling, value proposition, and closing
Delivering actionable feedback and coaching to Advisors and Team Leaders
Analysing performance trends and identifying training gaps
Supporting calibration sessions and continuous improvement initiatives
