Quality Assurance Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspection & Testing: Oversee raw material inspection, in-process monitoring, and final product validation.
• Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into product defects or non-conformities
• Continuous Improvement: Driving Kaizen or Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve yield.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular site walkthroughs to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Training: Facilitate safety orientations and specialized training (e.g., forklift safety, chemical handling, First Aid).
• Incident Management: Lead the investigation of near-misses or accidents and maintain the company's safety logs.
• PPE Compliance: Ensure all staff are equipped with and correctly using required Personal Protective Equipment.
• Environmental Compliance: Ensure the facility meets all local and national environmental laws regarding air emissions, water discharge, and solid waste.
