Quality Assurance Lead

We are looking for a Lead QA Automation Engineer to drive quality across the development lifecycle through a strong combination of automation, manual testing, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain automated test frameworks using .NET
• Define test strategy and ensure balanced manual and automated coverage
• Execute and oversee manual testing (exploratory, regression, acceptance)
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure quality from design to release
• Review test code, track defects, and drive continuous improvement
• Mentor QA engineers and promote best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA with strong .NET automation expertise
• Hands‑on experience with manual testing and test case design
• Experience with tools such as Selenium, NUnit, SpecFlow, Playwright, and Postman
