Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee QA activities, standards, and best practices across products and services.
• Review and manage test plans, test cases, and overall test coverage.
• Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to resolve defects and improve quality.
• Mentor and guide QA officers and ensure consistent QA execution.
• Monitor and report quality metrics and risks to stakeholders.
