Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering, or any related technical field.
• Minimum 3–5 years QA experience in a GMP and HACCP-certified manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Systems, and relevant regulatory standards.
• Experience in internal auditing, document control, and handling non-conformance reports.
• Familiar with root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to train staff on GMP, hygiene, and quality procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
