Quality Assurance Lead

Ensure compliance of all services with relevant GxP regulations.

Review and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure Sodexo compliance with contractual requirements.

Lead and manage quality and compliance activities, overseeing compliance aspects of Sodexo’s operational activities on site.

Perform audits of all GxP services provided by Sodexo, including GMP cleaning, pest control, distribution and logistics, document solutions, lab and technical services, waste disposal, facilities management, and contract management.

Conduct self-inspections for GMP cleaning and pest control (e.g. logbook verification, pest control trending).

Support major audits and provide audit readiness and follow-up support.

Perform investigations and special projects as required by local senior management, the central quality department, and Global Quality & Compliance leadership.
