About the Role

We're looking for a people‑centred and standards‑driven leader to take on the role of Quality & Assurance Maintenance Lead, providing technical expertise and supporting the safe, reliable and consistent operation of our aquatic facilities.

This role plays a key part in maintaining pool infrastructure, minimising unplanned closures, strengthening preventative maintenance planning, and ensuring operational documentation is audit‑ready and aligned with best practice.
