Join Victory Learning Academy as a Quality Assurance & HR Admin (Remote). This full-time position is based in Semenyih, Selangor, offering the flexibility of remote work. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our operations, while also providing vital HR administrative support.
Working Hours:
* Monday-Friday: 1pm-9pm
* Saturday: 12pm-4pm
Monthly Salary: RM1700-RM2000
What you'll be doing:
Quality Assurance Roles:
Monitor daily online classes to ensure SOP compliance
Check tutors create quizzes and assign homework as required
Ensure tutors turn on cameras during lessons
Track compliance using reports/checklists
Follow up with tutors on missed SOP items
Escalate repeated non-compliance to Academic Manager
Developing and implementing quality assurance processes to monitor and improve the quality of our learning materials and services
