You’ll lead a dedicated Quality Assurance team sitting at the heart of Lotto NZ’s Software Delivery function. This team plays a critical role in protecting the integrity, security and reliability of the systems New Zealanders trust every day.
Working closely with software engineers, delivery leaders and external partners, your team ensures quality is built in from the start—across requirements, design, testing and release. From customer‑facing digital platforms to complex integrations, the work spans multiple technologies and delivery approaches.
The team is focused on lifting test maturity across the organisation—building strong frameworks, improving environments and embedding test‑driven thinking. With frequent releases and ongoing change, quality is not an afterthought; it’s a shared responsibility your team champions.
