 : Our client is a FT500 IT&T firm with branches across the globe and now looking for potential incumbents to join their team.
Establish, review and implement functional procedure as well as design the performance goals for each functional services
Develop implementation plans and act as a lead to drive for changes and deliveries
Evaluate and analyze the service quality against customers’ satisfaction level and feedback; hence to develop relevant action, policies and plans to close the gap
Work with Marketing Team to develop CRM and engagement related activities
Handle adhoc projects as required
 Requirement: : Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunication or relevant discipline
5+ years of solid experience gained from Telecommunication industry
Strong organization skill with experience in workflow / operation management
