About the role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at DTE Industries Sdn Bhd in Muar, Johor. In this full-time role, you need to ensure that all machined components meet stringent quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. This role oversees inspection processes, manages the Quality Management System (QMS), leads internal and external audits, and drives continuous improvement initiatives across production and supplier networks.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001.

·       Ensure documentation control, calibration records, and traceability systems are maintained.

·       Lead internal audits and coordinate third-party or customer audits.

·       Supervise dimensional inspections using CMMs, micrometers, calipers, and etc.

·       Approve First Article Inspections (FAI), in-process checks, and final product releases.
