Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Control (QC) Manager is responsible for leading all quality-related functions within the organization, ensuring that raw materials, in-process goods, and final products meet internal standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. This role oversees quality inspections, testing procedures, audits, documentation, and resolution of customer complaints, while driving continuous improvement. The QC Manager also collaborates closely with R&D and Production departments to enhance product quality, efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of QC officers, lab technicians, and quality inspectors.
• Define departmental goals and key performance indicators (KPIs); track and report on quality metrics.
