Quality Assurance Manager – Sheridan Group

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality function across Sheridan Group, driving best practice, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction from design to delivery.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Quality, this role leads Sheridan Group’s approach to product and non-product quality, ensuring standards are consistently met across our supplier base, internal teams, and customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Lead product risk assessment and quality approval processes across all categories
• Provide product quality, technical & compliance advice to teams
• Ensure all quality policies & manuals are up to date, in line with current legislation and brand values
