Job Description

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Manager. 
In this role you will: 
Responsible for delivering the service to assist in Wealth and Premier Banking business growth, by ensuring wealth sales are completed in accordance with bank's internal compliance framework & wealth sales process 
Ensures fully conversant with & operates within prevailing bank's operational procedures to provide effective support for Retail Banking Wealth Management International Wealth Hub management / sales teams 
Maintenance of key reports and Sales trackers 
To be successful you will need: 
Advanced experience in retail banking experience, preferably with in the operations department 
Independent, Highly motivated and prepared to accept challenges 
Possess strong leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills 
Opening up a world of opportunity
