Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

The QA/QC Engineer – Fit-Out & MEPFS is responsible for ensuring all architectural, finishing, structural, and MEPFS works comply with approved plans, specifications, and standards. The role oversees multiple projects, validates subcontractor and supplier billings before payment, conducts supplier quality inspections, leads or participates in material testing, prepares Methodology of Works for client approval, and signs Certificates of Completion (COC) and Certificates of Final Acceptance (CFA).

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or

Architecture.

➢ Licensed Engineer or Architect (preferred but not required).

➢ Certification in QA/QC, ISO 9001 (is advantage), Construction Quality Control, or related fields is an

advantage.
