Job Description & Requirements
  • Review the inspection history to summarize the integrity status of the plant equipment and piping systems.
  • Perform the scoping work and prepare the job pack for process piping and in‑service equipment based on engineering assessment and annual inspection plan.
  • Plan and carry out fixed equipment/piping inspection via on‑stream risk‑based monitoring programs and downtime inspection activities including corrosion under Insulation (CUI) and corrosion under pipe support (CUP) on process piping and equipment according to the annual maintenance plan.
  • Identify areas of special concern and deterioration (e.g., Dead legs, injection points, mix points, corrosion under insulation and Low silicon Inspection).
  • Supervision and coordination of all on‑stream and shutdown inspection and NDT activities for static equipment and in‑service process piping.
