Job Description

On behalf of our client, a leading manufacturing company in Evia, Greece, committed to quality, efficiency, and sustainability, we are seeking a Quality Assurance & Quality Control Supervisor to oversee quality systems, ensure production compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
Key Responsibilities
Organize, implement, and monitor the Quality & Food Safety Management System.
Ensure compliance with ISO 22000, IFS, HACCP standards, and applicable food regulations.
Oversee quality control processes for raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate, and finished products.
Monitor production processes, manage deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct internal audits and prepare for external inspections and certifications.
Train, guide, and coordinate the Quality Control team and production staff on quality and hygiene matters.
