Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess existing IT systems and business processes to identify quality risks and improvement areas
• Review and validate user requirements, functional specifications, and system documentation
• Gather and clarify requirements through meetings and collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios (manual and/or automated)
• Coordinate with software developers and technical teams to verify fixes and ensure quality standards
• Support system testing phases such as integration testing, system testing, UAT, and deployment validation
• Identify, document, track, and retest system defects until resolution
• Troubleshoot system-related issues and assist in root cause analysis
• Monitor system performance and prepare quality and testing reports
