Quality Assurance Rep

Overview

Quality Assurance Rep at thyssenkrupp Materials NA — this position oversees compliance to the policies, procedures, and work instructions contained in the quality management system. It is responsible for the disposition of material placed in the Material Review Bay and serves as a trainer on quality system documents and record keeping to demonstrate compliance with system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Document and data control oversight in Plant, ownership and maintenance of measurement devices, corrective and preventive actions and their follow-ups, oversight of quality records held in Plant, process auditing for compliance to procedures, implementing statistical control of equipment and processes.
• Responsible for accurate information and timely processing of non-conforming material.
• QAR does not own responsibility for all Plant training; QAR will act as trainer on quality department documents.
