Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Food Technology/Microbiology/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering.
• Knowledgeable in baking science and technology, sensory evaluation, statistical analysis, and GLP
• Must be knowledgeable in 5S, cGMP, SSOP, ISO, HACCP, HALAL, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Highly analytical with strong leadership and auditing skills
• Computer literate; Google Colab
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
