Quality Assurance Specialist (Engineer/Technologist)

Key Position Functions

• Perform inquiry and contract review in conjunction with Sales and Engineering to identify and address project and production requirements.
• Based on customer, engineering and manufacturing specifications, prepare ITPs to ensure that project requirements are clearly captured & implemented.
• Address any specialized customer documentation requirements for projects as required.
• Conduct Kick‑off meetings with customers and/or third‑party inspection agencies for approval of quality plans.
• Interact with third‑party inspectors.
• Define, develop, review and apply applicable product regulatory standards (API 6A, API 6D, etc.) and customer quality requirements on Inspection and Test Plans for effective product realization of outsourced and in‑house activities.
• Investigate quality incidents using advanced root‑cause analysis methodologies.
