Quality Assurance Specialist for Retail Systems

Shape the future of retail as a Quality Assurance Specialist in Toronto, ON. This role is critical for ensuring quality in a major retail transformation program with a focus on supply chain and POS testing.

In this 6-month contract opportunity, candidates will contribute at both Test Lead and Senior Agile Tester levels. Those with significant experience in SAP, Manhattan Active Warehouse Management, or GK POS will excel. You will be responsible for developing test plans and collaborating closely with development teams to manage testing and defect resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement effective test plans and cases
• Conduct Functional, SIT, End-to-End, and UAT testing
• Coordinate defect management processes with Jira
• Validate critical retail business processes correctly
