Quality Assurance Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
• Conduct daily pre-operative and in-process audit in terms of sanitation and GMP requirements
• Participation in internal quality audits to assess compliance with standards and documented procedures
• Collection of samples to conduct relevant analyses in compliance with government regulations
• Identification and reporting of observed deviation on ingredients, products, and process

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Must be a Registered Food Technologist
• Preferably with experience in meat inspection, sensory evaluation, and line audit in a food manufacturing company
• Knowledge in statutory, regulatory and IMS requirements
