POSITION DETAILS
Position: Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: Onsite – Propstar Technologies
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
Salary: Open budget — highly competitive, based on expertise and experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls with strong attention to detail
Apply analytical thinking to identify communication gaps, trends, and improvement areas
Ensure accurate and consistent quality assessments through disciplined evaluation
