Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description

As the Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be integral to the team for process and product improvements, root cause analysis，customer complaint handling and a primary responsibility to meet our customer expectations. You will be responsible for developing, improving of plant quality, food safety management system.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive positive changes in operations that lead to operational excellence and reduced operational costs. You will teach, train, and mentor other members of the operations staff on quality management best practices. Additionally, you will be a quality ambassador for the manufacturing site, facilitating a culture that is conducive to ensuring final products are safe and meet customer expectations.
