Job Title: (QRA) Quality Assurance Reliability Support

Job Description:

• Perform regular SPC charting of critical Wirebond parameters (e.g., bond pull, shear, loop height, bond force, ultrasonic power, time)
• Collect, record, and analyze process data accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor control charts and identify trends, shifts, or out-of-control conditions
• Detect abnormal trends, out-of-control conditions, and early indicators of potential quality or reliability risks

Qualifications/Requirements

Degree holder in Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering, or a related field

Strong attention to detail with a quality-oriented mindset

Willingness to work on shifting schedules and perform duties with minimal supervision

Demonstrates high integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility
