Job Description
- Verifies the line-production during start-up / changeover in print /lam section. Makes sures that all materials (like films, inks, solvent, adhesives, etc.) used is released with acceptable stickers attached.
- Conducts verification of raw materials used during start of run.
- Checks the production schedule as forecast through local network vs. the actual production run then coordinates and clarify to other department if there is other issue or concern.
- Checks the initial output samples if comparable to LSD and troubleshoot in terms of color matching and other related concerns.
- Inspect and evaluate the product during start-up or within production run.
- Ensures that the quality of printed products is within the quality standards/limits and adhesive bond strength is acceptable during lamination process. No quality concerns should be visible (e.g., wrinkles, bubbles, warping, blade lines, etc.
