Quality Assurance Supervisor

Position Responsibilities:
+ Lead the distribution center's quality system as the Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and legally compliant products, govern the Quality Management system, implement the organization's quality strategy, and drive continuous improvement in quality and food safety
+ Direct the deployment of the Quality Strategy at the site, enhancing procedures to meet key metrics aligned with business objectives
+ Collaborate with the management team to establish site priorities based on local needs and the Quality Strategy
+ Support the implementation of International Featured Standards and promote a strong Quality mindset and behavior throughout the Distribution Center
+ Sustain an efficient Quality Management System in compliance with standards, including corrective actions, internal audits, and quality training programs
