Quality Assurance Supervisor

The QA Supervisor ensures that all functions and duties within the scope of responsibility are executed and complied properly and consistently to achieve product safety and high standards of quality. This position also ensures full implementation and compliance to Food Safety and Quality Systems such as Good Manufacturing Practices, Pre-requisite programs and HACCP system in the Production Line. It also supervises QA Associates and Officers that their individual duties and responsibilities are done accurately and consistently.

Production Process Quality Compliance Monitoring and Improvement

• Ensures that all processes are consistently monitored and compliant to the quality standards
• Provide support in the evaluation of alternative and substitute materials
• Communication with the Production Supervisors/other Department Heads on any non-conformity to facilitate CAPA implementation and closure
