Job Description

1. Supervise and control QA activities for incoming, In-process, and outgoing inspection processes, including Laboratory testing.
2. Ensure that all QA staff (QA Incoming, QA Officer, and QA Inspector) are well trained.
3. Ensure that all QA documents are up to date and comply with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, customer requirements, and standards.
4. Coordinate with other departments and discuss quality matters that need special attention.
5. Provide quality testing/evaluation results of trials and their related documentation to ensure proper execution.
6. Create reports, and attend and discuss quality issues during Quality Meetings, Daily Meetings, and Monthly meetings.
7. Monitor and control the issuance of Corrective and Preventive Action Reports.
