Quality Assurance Technical Officer

Job Responsibilities

1. Inspection / Main responsibility

2. Coordinate inspection with peers and/or clients.

3. Conduct inspection independently and/or with peers and/or clients.
4. Identify defects and/or areas of improvement.
5. Input and submit inspection report, including photos and description of routine defects and rectification.
6. Suggest ideas for rectification and coordinate with Operation and/or Management to rectify defects.
7. Perform rectification works when needed.
8. Coordinate and perform verification of checklists.
9. Escalate defects identified.

10. Plan out inspection schedule

11. Measuring Meters Coordinator

12. Conduct monthly inspection of measuring meters.

13. Coordinate calibration for measuring meters with peers and vendor.
14. Record and report faulty measuring meters
15. Ensure no expired measuring meters used by Operation.
