Quality Assurance Technician

**Position Overview & Purpose:**

The Quality Assurance Technician ensures product compliance at the point of production, data analysis, and support for root cause investigations. This is achieved by auditing processes, hands-on, in assisting in diagnosing quality issues. This role is key in maintaining quality standards and driving continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor.

**Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.**

**_Position Job Duties:_**

+ Interact with operators and helpers to ensure standard work is done consistently.
+ Provide technical support for all operations.
+ Assist operators on diagnosing and rectifying any production issues.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert for operators and helpers.
+ Select and test products at various production stages.
+ Monitor and advise on condition and replacement of machinery and tools.
